We will revisit our narrative through group coaching and meditation exercises. We will navigate our way through acceptance, forgiveness and letting go. We will identify our limiting beliefs and what hinders our progress in life. We will learn tools to change our Negative Thinking Patterns to pave the way to envision our new version of ourselves and rewrite our stories to live a fulfilling life.
